JACKSON — The state’s oldest lift-serviced ski area, Black Mountain, has been sold to the Indy Pass and Entabeni Systems, it was announced at a base lodge-packed gathering on Saturday afternoon.

Under the scenario outlined at the meeting, Black Mountain is on track to becoming the state’s first cooperatively owned ski area.
