BARTLETT  — A proposal to limit the construction of sewer lines beyond the Lower Bartlett Water Precinct's boundaries  will be the subject of a planning board public hearing next Monday.

Planning board chair Scott Grant believes this proposal would prevent the town from experiencing a growth in hotels and short-term rentals.
