CONWAY — An attorney who lives in Bartlett is making a second fraud claim against state in his case that alleges the State of New Hampshire was improperly disposing of bypass land by giving it to Conway for the purposes of a skate park and the rec path.

Last May, Jim Pietrangelo, filed suit in Carroll County Superior Court complaining that the state paid nearly $2 million in federal dollars for land in Conway that was meant to be used for the scrapped Conway bypass but was then made available for rec path and skate park projects at no cost.
