TAMWORTH — RS Consulting, LLC,will hold an an open forum to gather information about need, numbers and other factors regarding assisted living on Tuesday, March 3.

The consulting firm, hired by the county, is conducting a market feasibility study and financial analysis of affordable assisted living in Carroll County and needs input from the pubic.
