OSSIPEE — The Ossipee Police Department, along with the Moultonborough Police Department, recently announced the indictment in Carroll County Superior Court of Kevin Straughan of Moultonborough.
Straughan, 67, is charged with two counts of second-degree assault (strangulation), two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and two pattern charges of aggravated felonious sexual assault,
