CONWAY — The planning board on Jan. 23 approved zoning articles relating to solar collection systems, parking lots and an affordable housing ordinance to increase the stock of long-term rentals and affordable housing to be placed on the town warrant.

The board reviewed the proposed articles to be presented to voters in April at a public hearing Jan. 23 at town hall prior to adopting them.
