OSSIPEE — The man who lost his wife and was seriously injured in a 2016 car accident caused by Jason Nason is now trying to collect on the millions of dollars in civil judgments against Nason that he has been awarded.

While Nason said in court Wednesday that he has no money and no job, Gary Baumann, through his attorney, said he would at least like Nason to make some effort to pay, and is asking the court to order periodic payments, including payments from any money he might earn while he is in prison.
