Jonathan Young, 31, a client at Lakeview Neurorehabilitation Center at Effingham Falls, suffered severe hypothermia after wandering into the woods and falling into a brook Sunday evening. Young was last seen on the grounds of the center at 3:25 p.m. Sunday, according to Lt. Robert Bryant of N.H. Fish and Game Department. Rescuers found the Pennsylvania man in the woods Monday at 1:40 a.m. He was next to a brook, "soaking wet" and "very hypothermic," Bryant reported."Our officers located his footprints out in the snow," Bryant said.Searchers included N.H. State Police with an infrared-equipped helicopter; fish and game officers; Effingham Fire Department members; and Tuftonboro and Effingham police. They were assisted by a bloodhound and numerous volunteers. Young was transported to Huggins Hospital in Wolfeboro, where he was listed in stable condition.
