CONWAY — A second round of indictments has been filed against Dr. Thomas Packard, a former North Conway pediatrician, for allegedly sexually abusing three young female patients during the 1980s.

Over the summer, a Carroll County Superior Court grand jury indicted Packard, 75, now of New Mexico, on eight charges of aggravated felonious sexual assault and four charges of felonious sexual assault.
