CONCORD  – An inmate at the Federal Correctional Institution in Berlin was sentenced in U.S. District Court on Monday to two years in prison for federal weapon possession charges, U.S. Attorney John P. Kacavas has announced.
In early 2014, Myron Armstrong, 38, created a weapon from a sock and a combination lock, which he used to assault a fellow inmate. Armstrong was from Memphis, Tennessee and he was sent to prison in 2004 on a conviction on a charge of Felon in possession of a firearm stemming from an incident in Memphis.
