Well there. The sun came out for enough time to finish off the ice on the lakes and ponds, and it also did a number on most of the snow on the roadsides here in town.

The exception is that a moderate amount of snow lingers in the highlands of town, notably Colby and Mooney hills, which are helping to keep the cascades rolling and the Forrest brook full. As the erosion of the snowpack adds to the enjoyment of spring and scenery here in town, there appears to be an ugly side as well.
