Terri Brooks will be presenting “Light, Shadows & Reflections in Our Lives” at the Freedom Gallery on Friday, May 11, from 6 to 8 p.m. During this evening’s presentation, Brooks will talk about her fascination with reflections and light and demonstrate how she does this in watercolor. The artist will work from photos and explain what she does. You are welcome to bring your own paints, (come early to set up) and bring your own photos. Or just come to watch the magic and become more aware of the lights, shadows and reflections in your own life. Call Barbara at (610) 762-2493 or email barbaramcevoy@me.com and she’ll have a seat for you.
Upcoming events include Joe Viger, “How I Got the Shot,” May 25; Freedom Elementary School Art Show, June 15; a Joe Viger workshop on June 22, Freedom Historical Society’s presentation of the 2019 Calendar, “Remarkable People of Freedom Past” on June 29.
