CONCORD — The New Hampshire Electric Co-operative announced Michael Jennings has been named president and CEO of the Co-op by the board of directors, effective immediately. He has been serving in that role on an interim basis since Jan. 1.

Jennings is a professional engineer who earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut, an engineering degree from the University of Hartford, and a master’s degree in corporate finance from Southern New Hampshire University.
