Last month, I shared the fascinating story of a secret sculpture created right here in Snowville by Louis Féron. Intended for President John F. Kennedy’s gravesite, it never made it there — but after years of searching, Elinor Crane and Nancy Collins discovered it in storage at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum. Perhaps that should have been the first place someone looked! We may not know why it was lost, but it is wonderful that this piece of Snowville history has been rediscovered.
