Saturday, I came downstairs in shorts, T-shirt and sandals, only to realize that it was cold out. Had to change into long pants, a second shirt and jacket and sneakers with socks. This has been a strange spring. I do wish we had gotten more rain here, but hey, it wasn’t snowing. Always dress in layers, right?

About the Fourth of July picnic, happily I do have one cook, Gary Schofield, and one ticket seller, Dale Schofield. OK people, we need to have our July celebration that we all look forward to and enjoy, so how about a few more volunteers. We also need grills.
