ALBANY — Tin Mountain is presenting an adult nature course with Sarah Frankel on phenology and seasonal observations of the Rockwell Sanctuary Thursday, March 13, from 6 to 8 p.m. and or Saturday, March 22, from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. to learn the basics of phenology and see how easy it is to collect phenology data.
