The Conway Public Library community is proud to be sharing “The Peace in the World,” the traveling exhibit of children’s drawings from S. Vasylkivskyi Children’s Art School Izyum, Kharkiv region, Ukraine. This exhibit is traveling among public libraries in New England in celebration of the 10th anniversary of the Fermata Arts Foundation, a New England based organization that is dedicated to promoting peace through arts and culture. Each drawing depicts what peace means to each child. They are displayed in the Ham Room of the library and can be viewed through the month of February.

There is also still time to sign up for Jennifer Cote’s light weights fitness series on Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. through February, and there are still spots open for Valentine cookie decorating this Saturday (ages 5 and up). McKaella Cooper will provide everything you need. Call (603) 447-5552 or email tnarducci@conwaypubliclibrary.org to let Cote know that you are coming or to reserve your cookie decorating ingredients.
