LOVELL, Maine — The Hobbs Library Speaker Series will continue on Thursday, Oct. 13, from 7 to 8 p.m. with "Drinking Our Way through History," an in-person presentation for the whole family at the Charlotte Hobbs Memorial Library.

Local author June O’Donal will present a PowerPoint display which weaves the stories of rum, apple cider, coffee, tea, soda fountains and the Christian Women’s Temperance Society with local history.
