Wayne “Skip” Sidney Bell, 81, of North Conway passed away peacefully at his home after a brief illness on Sunday, Oct. 8, 2017.

He was born in Center Fryeburg, Maine, on Jan. 15, 1936, the son of Merton L. and May Charles Bell. He faithfully served our country in the Army and the Navy. Prior to enlisting, Skip worked on his beloved family farm. He was the owner of Fryeburg Clothing Co. for many years.
