Katie Nicole Bell was born to Rebecca and Scott Bell, of Conway, Feb. 15, 2008 at 2:27 p.m. at The Memorial Hospital in North Conway. She weighed 7 pounds 4.4 ounces. She joins Scottie, 3 and Haley, 2. She also joins Samantha, 15, of Biddeford, Maine. The maternal grandparents are Richard and Judith McGowan of Conway. The maternal great grandparents are Michael and Gloria Forgione of Everett, Mass. The paternal grandparents are Dale Harms, of Raymond, Paul Bell, of Albany and David Harm of Sandiego, Calif.
