CONWAY — Starting Point, a vital resource serving all of Carroll County for survivors of domestic and sexual violence, stalking and human trafficking, has announced the start of its volunteer training program on Sept. 23. 

This training is an essential part of the non-profit’s mission to provide compassionate support to individuals in crisis, empowering volunteers to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those affected by interpersonal violence.
