This year, before my annual wellness visit, I filled out a questionnaire. One question asked about how often I get together with friends. The connection between friendships and health piqued my interest. Importantly, while I intend to prove that friendships are good for your health, these connections should exist alongside, rather than instead of, evidence-based medical care via your medical provider.
