TAMWORTH — Tamworth Community Nurse Association and Visiting Nurse Home Care and Hospice of Carroll County will offer two Free Advanced Care Planning Sessions at the TCNA office at 86 Main St. in Tamworth, with the first to be held Oct. 15 at 1 p.m. and the second Oct. 29 at 6 p.m.

Advanced care planning is the process of preparing for decisions about your future healthcare and is recommended for any adult over 18. Most importantly, it involves reflecting on your values and having meaningful conversations about your healthcare wishes with the people who matter most to you.
