LOVELL, Maine — On Sunday, Aug. 9, from 1-4 p.m., the Lovell Historical Society will be presenting Lovell’s third Barn Tour. Eight barns have been selected for viewing representing a wide range of structures.

Lovell is graced with several architectural gems that have dotted our countryside since the 18th century. They have English barns, Yankee barns, gable-front bank barns and high-drive barns along with dozens of continuous connected homestead structures.
