OSSIPEE — From October to May, the Indian Mound Knitters meet on the second and fourth Thursday from 2 p.m.-4 p.m. at the Indian Mound Restaurant in Ossipee.
All knitters are welcome as the group begins its fourth year of making chemotherapy hats to be donated to seven different locations: York Hospital, Memorial Hospital Oncology, Seacoast Cancer Center, Wentworth Douglas Hospital, Dartmouth Hitchcock Oncology, Laconia Hospital Cancer Center and Beverly Hospital Oncology.Â
