SANDWICH — For over 125 years, Camp Hale, located on Squam Lake in Sandwich, has offered youth the opportunity to experience a sleepaway camp in the natural beauty of the White Mountains.

And on Oct. 12, Camp Hale made a significant splash with their inaugural Camp Hale Plunge fundraiser. Brave plungers of all ages took the icy plunge into Squam Lake, raising over $28,000 to support the camp's mission of providing affordable, enriching experiences for youth from diverse backgrounds.
