Grill 28 has opened in Wolfeboro on Route 28, where Bittersweet used to be.Marco Salerno is executive chef and owner. The lounge and dining room are newly renovated but still retain some of the original barn features, such as exposed wooden beams.Grill 28 is a member of the Lakes Region Association, a non-profit organization established in 1936 to promote the region. The association publishes the Where to! Guide and the Official Lakes Region Map and Guide and has an award-winning Web site, www.lakesregion.org.
