CONWAY — A rewrite of the town’s zoning ordinance could affect how much parking a new business must provide, how development is handled near wetlands, and how traffic and stormwater impacts are evaluated. These topics were part of the discussion last Thursday during a planning board work session with Judi Barrett of Barrett Planning Group LLC of Hingham, Mass.

Barrett was hired in August for just under $150,000 to rewrite the zoning ordinance and ensure it aligns with the master plan. It is set to be completed by 2027.
