CONWAY — Ashok Patel — developer of the Home2Suites hotel project at the juncture of Routes 16 and 302 — said Monday his company is buying the Fox Ridge Resort from Red Jacket Resorts of North Conway and South Yarmouth, Mass.
“We will renovate it and open it year-round,” said Patel, vice president of development for Jamsan, of Lexington, Mass.
