BRETTON WOODS — It’s not every day one gets recognized by the White House, but that’s what happened July 13 when a three-person delegation from the office of U.S. Trade Ambassador Katherine Tai surprised local historian Carl E. Lindblade of Stow, Maine, by presenting him with a “courage coin” bearing the seal of the Executive Office of the President of the United States.
Also receiving a courage coin were Craig Clemmer, director of marketing for the Omni Mount Washington Resort, and Reservations Manager Rachel Scott.
