CONWAY — Cooper Cargill Chant has announced that Andrew “Andy” Dean has been named a director of the firm.
Dennis Morgan, managing partner at Cooper Cargill Chant, said though Dean “joined our firm just two years ago, his phenomenal legal skills and the manner in which he has invested himself in our firm and our community makes this decision any easy one.”
Prior to joining Cooper Cargill Chant, Dean was an attorney at Mintz Levin in Boston, where he was recognized by Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” from 2013-16 and a Super Lawyer for 2017.
Since joining the North Conway firm, Dean has focused his practice in the areas of commercial transactions, real estate transactions and land use.
He represents buyers, sellers, property owners, developers, landlords and tenants in all aspects of commercial real-estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, leasing, development and financing.
His clients include CVS Health Corp. of Woonsocket, R.I., and Forest Properties Management of Cambridge, Mass.

“Andy and his wife Jess have involved themselves from day one in this community,” said Cooper Cargill Chant Director Paul Chant.
“Andy is the chair of the Mount Washington Valley Housing Coalition and is president-elect of the Mount Washington Valley Economic Council Board,” Chant said. “He recently was recognized as the MWVEC Board Member of the Year.
