CONWAY — A reduction in parking spaces, the addition of natural buffers and easy accessibility to walking and biking trails through for the Ridgeline Community development were key topics during the Feb. 12 planning board site plan review.

The project, approved in 2021, is a multi-phase community, from independent living to higher levels of care, including an 18,529-square-foot recreation building, a 16,250-square-foot mixed-use building, an 83,200-square-oot senior living facility, and a 1,400-square-foot maintenance garage along with trail connections to nearby paths.
