CONWAY — Chef's Bistro in North Conway Village, under new ownership since March 2017, recently added a full-service outdoor street patio, complete with bright green umbrellas and a dog-friendly area.

The bistro's motto is "fresh, local, casual," and every diner there will enjoy creative dishes from owner Joshua Brault featuring seafood from the coast of Maine and produce from locally sourced farms. There is a full bar and table service, with a menu that also features vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and kids options.
