CONWAY — An aspect not covered in the submitted petitions is the issue of whether any renovations for structures involving four or fewer units would require site-plan review by the Conway Planning Board.

Under current regulations, they would require such eview — but petition drive leader Shawn Bergeron said he and Conway Town Planning Director Tom Irving differ on that requirement and he plans to ask the planning board to relieve those properties from site-plan review.
