Liz and Alex Lepera, who between them have more than 20 years experience in the local real estate industry, have opened their own home office in Gorham under the name Liz Realty LLC. We have made substantial investments in technology and have made every attempt to reduce traditional real estate expenses so that we can offer our clients a commission rate that is of real value in todays market, she adds.They began building their new Web site, www.lizrealty.com this spring and while it is still a product in the development stage, it is intended to become a living showcase for their listings, complete with multiple pictures, virtual tours and lots of information a 24 hour a day, seven day a week open house, so to speak. "We are providing as much real estate information as we can on our site, Liz Lepera said. We wish to foster education for consumers in buying or selling their homesescrow, mortgage calculation, home ownership and much, much more. In fact, we want our customers and clients to think of us first when they have real estate questions of any kind. If we dont know the answers, we'll find them! Future plans for the site include virtual community tours, which Liz Realty hopes will be of help to relocating buyers.Included in their new Web site is a variety of information and services, including free brochures, Liz Leperas monthly real estate column, local MLS listings, community information and attractions, relocation information, etc. In addition to these real estate related topics, there are also interesting and useful links, such as local time and temperature, community information and attractions, free e-cards, yard sale advertisements and local rentals, to name a few.
