CONWAY — On Thursday, the White Mountain Museum & Gallery will be hosting David Click, who will give a talk on White Mountain art titled, “Eden In the White Mountains.”
Click will be focusing on the birth of the American Romantic Landscape painting of the early 1800s and North Conway’s place as one of the country’s first art colonies. It will emphasize the impact of Benjamin Champney, founder of the White Mountain School of Art, on the art and tourism in and around North Conway.
