The trustees of Mountain Top Music Center, many of them musicians themselves, do everything from fundraising to filing. This month they are volunteering their musical talents for the First Friday concert series on Dec. 1 at noon.
The trustees and their musical friends will present a wide variety of musical offerings. One trustee will play a piece she learned as a young person and has revisited as an adult. The program also includes a Fantasia for piano four-hands by Mozart, a clarinet duo, vocal offerings, piano stylings, and a piano duet by Haydn. Participants include Sarah Kimball, Ashara Stansfield, Dave Mason, Judy Kennedy and more. Some of the players have a lifetime of experience, but others didn’t start playing until they became involved with Mountain Top.
