CONWAY — Having lost 12 seniors to graduation, it’s essentially a new cast of characters taking to the field for the Kennett High boys’ lacrosse team. The Eagles, who have taken their lumps early this spring, hope to find their groove and be a team no one wants to face in the second half of the season.
KHS heads into April vacation sporting a 0-3 record in Division II play. The Eagles fell 7-5 in their opener in Wolfeboro against rival Kingswood on April 7; lost to perennial power Derryfield 22-1 at The Bridge field in the home opener on April 15; and lost a 6-5 nail-biter at fellow rival Plymouth last Wednesday.
