Caregiving is often something families don’t plan for — but sooner or later, many adult children, spouses and loved ones find themselves navigating decisions for aging parents, partners or friends. And now more than ever, more people are in the “sandwich generation,” where caregivers are caring for children and their parents at the same time.

To help the community prepare and find support, Visiting Nurse Home Care & Hospice of Carroll County & Western Maine is hosting the 2025 Caregiver Expo on Saturday, Nov. 1, at the Mount Washington Valley Adult Day Center in Center Conway.
