LEWISTON, Maine — Next stop, the University of Arizona. Fryeburg Academy standout Gunnar Saunders closed the book on his high school football career surrounded by the top recent graduates from the Pine Tre State when he suited up on Saturday in the 34th annual Maine Shrine Lobster Bowl Classic at Lewiston High School's Don Roux Field.

Saunders, donning No. 2 for the West squad, played a variety of positions from running back to wide receiver and quarterback. He helped the West to a 49-18 win.
