FRYEBURG, Maine – Fryeburg Water District trustees decided Monday to delay a vote on taking by eminent domain the Fryeburg Water Co., which serves Poland Spring and residents with water, citing the need to discuss it further with their lawyers.
Fryeburg Water Co., which owns the water system serving residents of Fryeburg as well as Poland Spring, contracts with Maine Water to manage the system.
