CONWAY — The Kennett High boys’ soccer team was a side no one wanted to play late last year, and Coach Kevin Lebel is looking to build on that foundation this fall. He has a good mix of veterans and talented underclassmen who are ready to make their mark for the Eagles.

Kennett was slated to open its season on the road in Weare against John Stark on Friday but the match was postponed to Sept. 28 due to rain.
