The Kennett High field hockey team dismissed Hollis-Brookline in easy fashion 5-0 in the opening round of the Division II playoffs on Tuesday afternoon setting the stage for a third meeting this season against Derryfield, a team that has beaten the Eagles twice 2-1 in overtime this season. The schools will meet in the quarterfinals on Friday (3 p.m.) in Manchester on the campus of the third-seeded Cougars. It’s a matchup the sixth-seeded girls from Conway welcome.
