CONWAY — It was a week of lopsided scores for the Kennett High boys’ basketball team. The Eagles fell by 25 at home to Sanborn, 78-53, last Tuesday and then rebounded to top visiting Berlin 77-21 two nights later easily.
KHS currently sits at 4-2 in Division II and 5-4 overall (including three games at the 45th annual Mike Lee Holiday Hoop Bash in Farmington over the Christmas break). The Eagles are eighth in the league table trailing Merrimack Valley, 7-0; Pembroke Academy, 6-1; Pelham, 6-2; Manchester West, 6-2; Oyster River, 5-2; Coe-Brown Northwood Academy, 5-2; and Hanover, 5-2.
