CONWAY — A brawl ignited by the Portsmouth High School hockey team with 38 seconds to play against Kennett High at Ham Ice Arena marred Saturday's Division III playoff game on March 6, 2010.

With the top-seeded Eagles well on their way to a 6-0 victory over the No. 8 Clippers and Kennett fans chanting, "It's all over," a skirmish in front of the Portsmouth bench led to an all-out melee with visiting players leaving the bench and the penalty box and even taking a swing at a referee. No Kennett players left their bench.
