An iconic Maine property is now available one mile from the boat launch on Kezar Lake. This family compound is the former location of Melder's German Restaurant and Brathaus, made famous by patron Stephen King in the book Dark Tower VII. King would often visit this North Lovell pub and restaurant that was a wonderful local eatery and place for locals to gather.

The home was transformed in recent years by the current owner, a master mason, who added the beautiful stonework on the exterior of the property including insets of Maine gems and unique stones from the local area.
