It may not be obvious, but selling your home during the off-season can certainly have its perks.

Not only are there usually less new properties listed and therefore less competition during the winter months but creating a great curb appeal is much easier to accomplish this time of year. After all, shoveling and salting the walkways and driveway are quicker and simpler feats than regularly maintaining shrubbery, gardens, and lawn.
