If you’re planning to build a new home or renovate your current one, it’s easy to focus on the end result: the finished kitchen, the extra space, the way your home will finally feel “right.” That excitement often leads homeowners to want to jump into construction as quickly as possible.
But one of the most common reasons projects go off track is surprisingly simple: not allowing enough time for the design phase.
