With SAU 9 moving to the old high school in December, the Conway School Board must decide whether to sell or lease its soon-to-be vacated home on Pine Street in North Conway. The board has placed an ad in the paper, seeking letters of interest for "leasing, remodeling and maintaining" the building. The board may also try to sell the property, depending on the results of an appraisal. Mount Washington Valley Arts Association has expressed an interested in using the building, and board member Mike DiGregorio says there has been a "tremendous amount of interest" among others as well. The building is owned by the Conway School District and leased to SAU 9 for $1.This week's Tele-Talk question is: What should be done with the old SAU 9 office building?
