From November through March, a 40-foot mobile cell tower will be placed on property owned by the North Conway Water Precinct on Seavey Street in North Conway in order to boost cell service in the village. The property, where the precinct’s storage garage is located, abuts Deacon Street restaurant’s parking lot.  The precinct did not ask for nor need the planning board’s permission to locate it there. When a mobile cell tower was proposed to be sited next to Schouler Park, planner Eliza Grant said the thought of it made her “want to throw up.”

This week’s TeleTalk question is: Do you think Seavey Street is a good location to install a 40-foot cell tower?
